A viewing can tell you a lot about a home. It won’t answer every question about owning it.
Would the layout still work on an ordinary weekday? What are you giving up for that location? How does the price compare with other homes you could buy? If your plans change later, what might matter when you sell?
I have a particular interest in upgrading and resale condos. I like working through those questions with buyers and homeowners, putting the options side by side and making the trade-offs easier to understand.
